Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks an Operations Supervisor- IMO to supervise a small team and act as the first escalation point for day-to-day middle-office operations. You will oversee workflow, risk mitigation, and performance development for staff involved in client servicing and settlements.

The role requires a BA or equivalent, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Bloomberg, DTTC ITP, SWIFT, FactSet. Strong English communication and deadline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree.
• Advanced Excel in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, financial markets and vendor products.
• Experience with Bloomberg, DTTC ITP, SWIFT, FactSet.
• Ability to stay focused on detailed information and meet deadlines.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance of transaction processing reviews and reporting.
• Provide feedback, assign daily tasks, and support staffing decisions.
• Manage risk, audit inquiries, data privacy and process improvements.
• Support the manager in client meetings and onboarding; train new hires.
