Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is recruiting a Product Operations and Administration Manager to join the Product Group within Investor Services. This role serves as advisor and operational leader at the center of a global Product function, driving governance, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.

You will oversee a broad portfolio spanning budgeting, executive reporting, risk governance, and cross-functional program execution, working with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business management, operations, finance, consulting, risk management, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, payments, or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, executive reporting, and KPI dashboard development.
• Experience with governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, and control functions in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
• Develop executive-level KPI dashboards and management reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and programs, coordinating execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Oversee governance, risk, and control activities, including audit management, regulatory commitments, RCSA coordination, and remediation tracking.
• Manage business operations and organizational effectiveness, including vendor management, onboarding, business continuity planning, process improvement, and controls.
• Serve as a liaison to senior stakeholders with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and HR to ensure alignment.
• Support Product leadership on talent planning, reviews, leadership meetings, and development programs.
• Champion continuous improvement using data, reporting, automation, and emerging technologies.
