Job summary

Master Builders Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to increase revenue with existing accounts by promoting new products and optimizing product mix. You will provide technical sales support, testing, and dispenser maintenance while sustaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires five years of industry experience, a technical degree, and aptitude in electrical/mechanical areas, with opportunities to lead in local industry groups and support new account

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical School degree required. BA/BS preferred.
• Five years of industry experience.
• Sales experience or aptitude required, concrete QA/QC experience preferred, along with electrical and mechanical aptitude required, good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote new products and upsell to existing accounts to increase revenue.
• Provide technical sales support and testing for customers.
• Support new product initiations and dispenser testing for new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with assigned accounts and participate in local industry organizations.
• Perform dispenser repair and maintenance as needed.
