Custom Assembly, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Operations Manager with daily warehouse activities in Huntsville, AL.

This mid-shift role focuses on receiving, handling, and shipping products accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, at least 3 years in a warehouse environment, and experience supervising a team, coordinating workload, and enforcing safety procedures.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required (1+ year).
• Experience with inbound receiving and outbound shipping preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operations.
• Assign employees and resources based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing product is received, documented, and shipped accurately.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with management.
