Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Tanner, AL facility on 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–11:00 PM. You will lead Repack Leads, oversee repackaging operations, and partner with the Operations Manager to schedule production.

Ideal candidate has 0-5 years of supervisory experience, a degree preferred, and strong communication, MS Office, problem-solving, multitasking, and a competitive mindset.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Repack Leads and meet performance expectations.
• Oversee daily workflow of weld repackaging and material handling.
• Collaborate to develop production schedules for repackaging targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and up-to-date records of weld materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.
• Address conflicts among team members promptly and effectively.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports (throughput, safety).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
