Custom Assembly, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Operations Manager with daily warehouse tasks in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on receiving, handling, and shipping products accurately and safely.

The candidate will supervise inbound/outbound operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and lead the team with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, ensuring productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operations.
• Assign employees and resources based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure incoming product is received, inspected, documented, and processed accurately.
• Ensure outgoing product is picked, staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy during the shift.
• Address receiving or shipping discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns.
• Enforce established processes and customer requirements.
• Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with warehouse management, inventory, training, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures and performance expectations.
