Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operations.
• Assign employees and resources based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure incoming product is received, inspected, documented, and processed accurately.
• Ensure outgoing product is picked, staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns and address them.
• Ensure established processes and customer requirements are followed.
• Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with warehouse management, inventory, training, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectations.
• Assist with attendance, performance, and disciplinary documentation as needed.
