Logan Services, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This full-time on-site role offers a later start, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth while avoiding early morning starts.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and help homeowners get the service they need with high-quality care. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to build a lasting career.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, scheduling, dispatch, reception, administrative support, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm HVAC and plumbing service appointments.
• Listen to customer questions and concerns and provide helpful solutions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
• Coordinate with dispatch, service technicians, and internal teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Work effectively during periods of high call volume.
• Meet individual and team goals related to scheduling, booking, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and solution-focused attitude.
