Job summary

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our remote team. You will handle high volumes of customer inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor and keep accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in call centers, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer programs and systems.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and their questions have been answered
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions and improve processes
• Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
• Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
