Job summary

Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our Dayton call center. The role focuses on inbound calls, scheduling HVAC and plumbing appointments, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team in Dayton. If you're a customer service professional who would rather start your day a little later , this could be the perfect fit. You'll enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, full-time benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow—all while avoiding those early morning starts.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Whether you're someone who isn't a morning person, prefers having your mornings free, or simply wants a schedule that fits your life better, this position gives you the flexibility of a later start while keeping a predictable, Monday-Friday workweek.

The Big Task

As a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative , you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, answer questions, and help homeowners get the service they need.

Your job is more than answering the phone. You'll be helping customers when they need us most and making sure every interaction reflects the quality and care Logan Services is known for.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and making customers feel taken care of.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, scheduling, dispatch, reception, administrative support, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or customer management software is a plus.
