MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge sales and engineering for industrial customers. You will run discovery, craft tailored demos, and guide technical validation to close deals.

You’ll become the product expert for the sales team, updating demos after product releases and supporting mid-market evaluations end-to-end. Based in the US with language of English, you’ll travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate with product

Competenze

• 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, implementation or solutions building.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations with real workflow exposure.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder evaluations from discovery through demo to validation.
• Ability adjusting approach for technicians, managers and executives within the same deal.
• Confidence presenting to mixed rooms and keeping their attention.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across several live deals.

Mansioni

• Run discovery with Account Executives to map workflows, pain points and decision-makers, then build the demo and evaluation plan around them.
• Deliver tailored demos and hands-on trials, loading the customer’s own asset data so stakeholders see their operation in MaintainX.
• Lead technical validation and proof-of-concept work across multi-stakeholder cycles, answering product, security and integration questions accurately.
• Partner with Professional Services on customer-specific integrations when a deal requires it.
• Keep demos, content and sales collateral current as the product ships and coach Account Executives on product knowledge and positioning.
