Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Solutions Consultant to close the gap between sales demos and real customer value. You will build custom demos, load real customer data into trials, and translate maintenance workflows into a compelling value story for operators, plant managers, and executives.

You’ll join the Solutions Consulting team as a technical partner to Mid-Market Account Executives, owning discovery through validation, supporting on-site integrations, and keeping the demo library current after

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, implementation or solutions building.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial operations or warehouse environments.
• Track record running multi-stakeholder evaluations from discovery through demo to technical validation.
• Ability adjust approach for technicians, plant managers and executives in the same deal.
• Confident presenting to mixed rooms and maintaining attention.
• Organized and detail-oriented across multiple live deals.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with Account Executives to map workflows, pain points and decision-makers and build the demo/evaluation plan.
• Deliver tailored demos and hands-on trials with customer asset data to show operation relevance.
• Lead technical validation and proof-of-concept across multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Partner with Professional Services on customer-specific integrations when needed.
• Keep demos, content and collateral current with product updates and train AEs on product knowledge.
