Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an enthusiastic SDR for Key Accounts Onboarding to drive new enrollments and engage home-service professionals. You will build relationships, communicate the value of our solutions, and guide prospects through the customer journey with confidence.

You will work via phone, email, and social channels, qualifying leads and maintaining CRM records. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and requires a 40-hour week with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience as an SDR or similar (Mid-market experience a plus).
• High school diploma required, college preferred.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed goals in SDR or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our sales team to drive new enrollment of service professionals.
• Understand Pro’s day-to-day challenges and communicate the value Housecall Pro adds to their lives.
• Convey empathy to foster trust and connections beyond transactional sales.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
