Job description

Mid-Market Sales Executive - Healthcare SaaS

MedTrainer is an innovator in the healthcare industry, changing the landscape of technology offers with the Medtrainer Platform Solution comprised of our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), our core focus on Compliance Training as well as our Managed Services offering in Credentialing and Compliance Management.

Role Overview: This position, titled Regional Sales Manager, requires proven SaaS sales experience in the Healthcare Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new revenue growth within a designated territory.

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to exceed sales quotas.
  2. Execute account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  3. Map and engage with large accounts, interfacing with VP and C-Level contacts.
  4. Maintain and update CRM with customer information for strategic planning.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from research to negotiation.
  6. Lead and strategize with team members, resources, and partners throughout the sales process.
  7. Engage with industry influencers to understand market trends and challenges.
  8. Utilize platforms like Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator for business development.
  9. Forecast and manage sales activities using Salesforce.
  10. Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate complex deals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of SaaS healthcare sales experience.
  • Proven hunter with a track record of surpassing quotas.
  • Experience in cold calling and engaging prospects.
  • Ability to network and engage C-level executives within healthcare.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Minimum of 2 years selling healthcare software solutions.
