Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with growing 20–99 employee companies. You’ll partner with business owners, presenting Paychex Flex and HR services to solve real workforce challenges.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in the Cary area. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, leveraging outbound activities and a strong prospecting mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery to closing.
