Job summary

7taps Microlearning is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own new business in our US mid-market segment (companies under 10,000 employees). You will run the full sales cycle and collaborate with customers across manufacturing, retail, insurance, healthcare and more.

We value people who sell something new—an approach that asks buyers to change how they work. The role requires patience, conviction, and the ability to teach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Account Executive or closing sales role with quota history.
• Software/SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling a product that required educating the market.
• Experience selling into L&D, HR, or enablement is a plus.
• Based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and product demonstration through to close.
• Develop pipeline across new business, upsell and expansion in your territory.
• Be the first point of contact for prospects and stay close to your portfolio of accounts.
• Help customers see a different way of doing training, and build the case for change internally.
• Meet and exceed quota, and forecast your territory accurately.
• Build real understanding of customer business challenges and develop industry expertise.
