Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of closing experience (Commercial / Mid-Market).
• Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills.
• Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a big plus).
• Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable.
• “Get stuff done” mentality with strong ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
