Job summary

Aikido is hiring an SMB Account Executive to scale our US motion from Chicago. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role focused on startups and small teams adopting Aikido through product-led sales motions. You’ll own deals end to end, collaborate with marketing and product, and shape how we sell.

2-5+ years of closing experience in SMB/Commercial, strong outbound and inbound fundamentals, and comfort with CRM tools are required. Spanish-speaking bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of closing experience in SMB/Commercial sales.
• Strong outbound and inbound selling fundamentals.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tech.
• Experience selling SaaS or dev tools is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close SMB accounts with high-velocity cycles.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and execute growth motions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to improve GTM.
• Own end-to-end deals from qualification to close.
