Job summary

Rogo seeks a Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market to own the execution of the Mid-Market sales strategy, ensure clean GTM data, and provide leadership with actionable insights. You will design processes, govern territories, and supervise forecasting to keep the MM segment efficient and aligned with company goals.

You will work with MM sales leaders and RevOps to optimize the tech stack and reporting, delivering data-driven guidance to executives and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with 3+ years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Ops.
• Experience leveraging AI to reimagine GTM.
• Proven track record building and scaling efficient sales processes for mid-market or high-velocity motion.
• Strong understanding of full sales lifecycle and GTM operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and common Sales tech stack tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable sales processes for Mid-Market and Sales Development teams.
• Partner with MM sales leadership to shape segment strategy, forecasting, and sales structure.
• Manage Rules of Engagement, territories, account reviews, and Deal Desk for Mid-Market.
• Collaborate with Sales Development on account assignments, pipeline quality, and targets.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for Mid-Market performance and forecasts.
