Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mid-Market Oracle Sales Executive responsible for driving growth in Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, and OCI solutions. You will originate and close opportunities, engaging CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and VP-level leaders while coordinating with architects, delivery leads, and alliance teams to maximize client value.

You will leverage extensive Oracle expertise and a consultative sales approach to expand mid-market coverage and achieve quarterly targets with a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience selling Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, NetSuite, or OCI or comparable cloud ERP/infrastructure solutions
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing business, preferably $500K+ ARR
• Preferred industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services, PE-backed companies, or Family-owned mid-market businesses

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Mid Market Direct Prospects from the C-Suite to other Leaders
• Manage and nurture relationships with Clients and Oracle Alliance Partners
• Drive net new customer acquisition and scale existing client base in the Accenture Mid Market Direct customer segment
• Coordinate closely with lead generation providers, solutioning team and Technical Architects
• Engage with Oracle AEs, NetSuite channel reps, and OCI specialists at the tactical and strategic level across Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for the segment
