Job summary

Segra, based in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Mid Market Account Executive to drive new revenue through strategic sales of fiber, voice, data, and cloud solutions. The role includes managing select existing accounts and growing mid-sized enterprise opportunities in Segra markets.

You will use CRM to track opportunities, coordinate with Sales Engineering, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve quarterly quotas and expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in sales/marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Enterprise level sales experience with ILEC-CLEC or managed services preferred.
• 5+ years in telecommunications or technology sales including core connectivity, cloud, and security solutions.
• Driven sales professional with Telecom/tech background and ability to impact growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals using Segra products to win new customers and position against competitors.
• Responsible for a new revenue quota each month.
• Use a CRM front-end to manage opportunities and forecast activity.
• Maintain relationships with selected Segra customers in the market territory.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering to ensure delivery timelines and updates.
