Job summary

Sprinto in the US seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the territory from day one, targeting 500-1,000 employee companies with ACV of $30K-$60K. You will identify and prioritize accounts, run multi-threaded deals with CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Compliance, and collaborate with Solutions Consultants.

This role emphasizes outbound discipline, zero inherited-book mindset, and direct access to product teams to shape Sprinto's mid-market GTM in the US.

Qualifications

• Track record of carrying and exceeding a quota of $700K+ as an individual contributor for at least two consecutive years.
• Experience selling technical products to senior security/engineering executives.
• Ability to build and manage multi-threaded deals with buying committees.
• Proven outbound pipeline-generation in a greenfield territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a greenfield US mid-market territory from day one, building pipeline from scratch.
• Run full-cycle deals from outreach to close without a preset playbook.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and SDRs to bring the right support into deals.
• Forecast with discipline and maintain a realistic pipeline.
• Prioritize accounts with a replicable system over volume-based outreach.
