Job summary

Riot is a product-first cybersecurity startup based in Paris, seeking a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts. You will drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and guide customers on best product usage to maximize value.

Based in Paris or open to relocation, you will work in a hybrid setup with on-site collaboration and up to 2 days of remote work per month, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management within tech.
• Fluent in English and native in French with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and drive retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of Mid-Market customers (~120 accounts).
• Balance retention with expansion by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Advise customers on product usage to unlock additional value.
• Lead onboarding calls, follow-ups, and business check-ins with outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support expansion.
• Collect feedback and signals to drive product improvements.
• Demonstrate a consultative, relationship-driven approach with clients.
