Job summary

Riot is seeking a hands-on leader to launch and own the US market for our cybersecurity awareness platform. You will define the US go-to-market, localize positioning and pricing, and close early deals while building the sales organization.

Reporting to the co-founders, you will recruit the sales team, set performance rituals, and act as the bridge to our Paris HQ, aligning product, marketing and customer success to scale Riot to market leadership in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling a US B2B SaaS market.
• Hands-on founder mindset with ability to build from zero.
• Strong product and marketing messaging skills.
• Skilled at recruiting and leading an early-stage sales team.
