• Develops new and existing commercial loan relationships by calling on customers and cross-selling banking products.
• Administers a portfolio of commercial loans ensuring credit quality, profitability and growth.
• Determines borrower credit worthiness by analyzing financial condition and collateral value.
• Monitors loan performance and maintains borrower contact to minimize risk.
• Prepares loan documents for compliance and presents loans to committees.
• Promotes the Bank’s image in the community through civic involvement.
• Maintains knowledge in Commercial Banking and regulatory compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
