Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers, relationship managers and leadership.
• Loan administration: supports new loan process and related tasks.
• Deposit administration: opens new accounts, monitors NSFs/overdrafts, handles wires/ACH.
• Administrative duties: scheduling, filing, onboarding, workload management.
• CRM Maintenance: create/manage client contacts and groups.
• Reporting: prepare management reports and distribute packages.
• Customer service: provide professional service and problem resolution.
• Adhere to risk management policies and perform related duties.
