Responsibilities

Loan administration: supports new loan process, maintains files, and assists with underwriting changes.
Deposit administration: coordinates account openings, NSFs, overdrafts, wires, and ACHs.
Administrative duties: scheduling, filing, onboarding personnel, and policy adherence.
CRM Maintenance: assists with client contacts and relationship groups.
Reporting duties: prepares management reports and distributes monthly packages.
Customer service: provides professional support and problem resolution for commercial accounts.
Compliance: adheres to risk management and regulatory requirements.
