Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced sales-focused professional to develop profitable business account relationships and identify opportunities across local and regional markets. You will leverage COIs, a referral network, and knowledge of payments to drive new business and expand existing portfolios.

The role requires 7–9+ years of relevant experience, strong credit analysis, and the ability to travel locally and regionally. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to nine+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Experience in business card sales/payments.
• Strong sales and new business development skills.
• Experience with mid-size to large businesses ($10MM+ revenue).
• Strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop Centers of Influence (COIs) and manage pipelines.
• Knowledge of payment products and CRM tools.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
