ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for mid-sized accounts. You’ll sell ADP’s HCM solutions to companies with 150–999 employees, manage your own book of business, and forecast pipelines with support from industry-leading technology.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or software sales
• Military experience focused on teamwork, resilience and relationship-building can be valuable

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your defined geography by closing sales and achieving targets
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted sales strategies aimed at decision-makers
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cultivate additional business within existing accounts
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and the broader network
