Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Account Executive - Mid Market for the Self Storage team in Raleigh, NC. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.

Success comes from consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and data-driven sales strategies to grow territory, expand client partnerships, and contribute to Yardi's growth in a fast-paced tech environment. Extensive travel is required (50%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of successful sales experience in technology or software.
• Knowledge of sales cycle management and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships and act as trusted advisor delivering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and consultative sales discussions.
• Monitor pipeline, prepare performance reports, and use data-driven insights.
• Represent Yardi at events and stay current on product and market trends.
