The Mid Market Account Executive at Fieldwire by Hilti is responsible for driving new revenue within the construction industry, managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in SaaS and/or construction sales, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, with a target of $500K in new bookings annually.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline three times the quota size.
  • Manage inbound leads, conduct prospecting activities, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the Hilti outside sales team to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Travel 1-2 weeks quarterly to meet clients and promote Fieldwire.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform, negotiate deals, and navigate complex sales cycles involving legal and pricing teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a full-cycle sales role, with experience managing contracts of $5,000 ARR or more.
  • SaaS or construction industry experience preferred.
  • Willing to travel quarterly within the US West Coast.
  • Proven success in quota achievement and remote selling environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
