Bridge Property Management is seeking an intermediate Service Technician Support, Level 2, to perform complex repairs with minimal supervision. The role focuses on core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, guiding Level 1 staff, and supporting after-hours emergencies, as well as making-ready duties for vacant units. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs on faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and related tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
