Bridge Property Management seeks a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform a broad range of core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, support Level 1 staff, and participate in on-call rotations. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and responsive service for residents and property teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on safety procedures and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Performing plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and repairs; assist with trash removal and curb painting
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
