Job summary
Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and execute intermediate repairs with minimal supervision. The role focuses on core maintenance, diagnosing issues, and delivering reliable service to residents across multiple properties.
You'll diagnose HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems, provide technical direction to Level 1 staff, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain safety and appearance
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical work
- Strong quality and deadline orientation
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, household appliances (fridges, stoves, dishwashers), and electrical systems
- Performing plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
- Handling make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness
- Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff
- Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
- General grounds maintenance and repairs (cleaning common areas, trash removal, curb painting)
- Following company safety procedures and appearance standards
