Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a mid-level litigation associate for our Boston, Massachusetts office. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of general commercial litigation experience, including motions, depositions, discovery/ESI, and case preparation for trial.

Massachusetts bar admission is required; Connecticut admission encouraged. Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a mid-level litigation associate in our Boston, Massachusetts office. Candidates must have three to six years of general commercial litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. A license to practice in Massachusetts and familiarity with the Massachusetts court system is required. Connecticut admission is encouraged but not required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
