Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a litigation associate in our Houston, Texas office. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, including experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Tort experience is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

A license to practice in Texas is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Texas bar exam, or eligible for admission in Texas, will be considered.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
