Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a litigation Associate in our Louisville, Kentucky office. All experience levels will be considered. Judicial clerkship experience and/or substantive experiences handling complex litigation, ESI, and varied motion practice are a plus. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Kentucky is required.
• Out-of-state candidates who are willing to sit for the Kentucky bar exam or are eligible for admission in Kentucky will be considered.
• Strong academic background with excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience and/or substantive experience handling complex litigation, ESI, and varied motion practice is a plus.
