Job summary

The role requires 8 years in scheduling or related fields, TS/SCI with CI Poly, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project scheduling roles or a highly related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph.
• Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program schedules.
• Experience with Microsoft Project 2024.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated schedules and processes.
• Develop comprehensive program schedules in Microsoft Project 2024 aligned with milestones.
• Lead resolution of program issues and analyze program metrics.
• Recommend recovery acceleration plans and implement Program Management Best Practices.
• Develop and implement customer and program communication plans for stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and manage interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Conduct Independent Reviews and ensure effective communication.
