Job summary

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is seeking a Mid-Level Integrated Master Scheduler to support multiple Intelligence Community programs in Denver, CO. The role requires translating customer needs into detailed schedules, developing plans in Microsoft Project 2024, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will drive program metrics, issue resolution, and action plans while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

8 Years of experience in Project Scheduling roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program schedules.
Experience with Microsoft Project 2024
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work
Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Knowledge or experience in Milestones Professional 2025
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.
Experience in leading highly complex program architectures and plans across diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Developing comprehensive program schedules in Microsoft Project 2024, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and milestones.
Leading the resolution of program issues, uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs, and analyzing program metrics.
Recommending program recovery acceleration plans, changes, and corrective actions, while leading the implementation of Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
Developing and implementing customer and program communication and contact plans to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Strong ability to identify and manage key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
Proven track record in resolving program issues, analyzing program metrics, and recommending recovery acceleration plans and corrective actions.
Expertise in implementing Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and contact plans.
