Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Master Scheduler for our IC customer in McLean, VA who will plan, schedule, and track CBJB-related project schedules with expert use of MS Project. You will coordinate taskings, prepare briefing books, and support planning and monitoring of project activities aligned with approved work plans and budgets.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a BA/BS with 10+ years or 24+ years with no degree, and experience managing multiple large projects.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Requires a BA/BS and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years.
Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with MS Project and other scheduling tools.
Previous experience supporting the IC Community as a Scheduler.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and track as many as twelve CBJB related project schedules per year through expert use of MS Project and other scheduling tools.
Coordinate, prepare, and ensure accurate input for taskings.
Prepare briefing books and other relevant presentation materials.
Assist with the tracking of legislative language, program plans, processes, schedules, and digital filing systems as well as internal and external taskings.
Support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities in line with approved work plans, budgets and quality standards.
