Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) PMO. You will develop, maintain, and communicate integrated schedules across multiple locations and partners to support complex programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience in project scheduling or related discipline.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for complex programs.
• Experience using scheduling software including MS Project, Primavera P6, or comparable tools.
• Experience integrating schedules across multiple projects and dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify dependencies and risks.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Active Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage IMS and project schedules across concurrent projects and locations.
• Collaborate with Project Plan Managers and technical teams to create executable schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Integrate project schedules into the program-level IMS to provide visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform critical-path, health, variance, trend, and risk analyses to mitigate schedule risk.
• Produce forecasts, status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings on program performance.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and coordinate staffing, resources, and constraints.
• Support WBS development, project plans, milestones, and artifacts.
• Conduct what-if analyses to evaluate impacts of priorities and surge requirements.
