Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Collection Operations Manager to support HUMINT Operations for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The manager will coordinate and document operational activity, maintain awareness of HUMINT requirements, and connect headquarters, field elements, platforms, and customers.

The role requires handling directives, drafting operating directives, reviewing IIRs, and producing clear, properly formatted deliverables in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least eight years of HUMINT collection experience in lieu of the degree.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance (Required).
• Understanding of the collection environment and resources used to administer and support operational reviews.
• Knowledge of DoD HUMINT system capabilities, limitations, and reporting from supported collection platforms.
• Technical skills and experience to perform HUMINT operations-support tasks with minimal oversight.
• Work may involve classified systems and information.
• Must comply with DoD, DIA, and IC security requirements.
• Must work independently in a high-tempo environment and meet timelines.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
• May attend Government training, workshops, or conferences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of current DoD, DIA, DO instructions, directives, and guidance.
• Coordinate and deconflict operational activities with Government direction.
• Maintain awareness of validated HUMINT requirements and priorities; track activity metrics.
• Review prior reporting and propose future collection capabilities for topics.
• Coordinate with managers and platforms to draft directives, strategies, and posture statements.
• Review draft IIRs, recommend edits, support publication or release, and track metrics.
• Serve as an operational conduit among HQ, customers, and field elements.
• Prepare, review, edit, and coordinate operational correspondence; ensure documentation remains current and compliant.
• Coordinate HUMINT operations supporting other disciplines and the G2G coordinator role.
• Produce clear, concise, properly formatted written and verbal products.
