BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Collection Manager to support DIA Directorate for Operations collection requirements, reporting, strategies, metrics, and coordination. The role connects field elements, customers, collection platforms, and leadership to ensure HUMINT efforts align with Defense Intelligence Enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities include publishing IIRs, maintaining metrics, presenting trends, and coordinating directives across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in all-source analytic/HUMINT role.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of collection platforms and HUMINT reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating collection requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Format, review, edit, and publish Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) per policy and thresholds.
• Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and annual reconciliations.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics and assess platform/collector performance.
• Present collection-management trends and metrics in periodic briefings.
• Coordinate development of directives and posture statements for collection platforms.
• Serve as a conduit among field elements, customers, HQ, and platforms; align priorities.
• Assess operational requirements and recommend resource placement or realignment.
• Coordinate analytic feedback, Source Directed Requirements, and supplemental data.
• Support integrated collection strategies and HUMINT tasking across disciplines.
• Prepare and brief IIRs, directives, posture statements, inputs, SOPs, and related products.
• Must communicate clearly in English and produce properly formatted deliverables.
