BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Collection Operations Manager to support HUMINT operations for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role will synchronize activities, guide collection requirements, and provide senior-level coordination among headquarters, field elements, and IC partners.

College degree or 12+ years HUMINT collection experience.
Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
Senior-level understanding of HUMINT operations and coordination.
Ability to lead complex operations-support work with minimal oversight.
Experience in quality control, deconfliction, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior subject-matter expert on HUMINT instructions and guidance.
Lead deconfliction of operational activity across organizations under Government direction.
Oversee collection requirements prioritization and dissemination with metrics.
Assess reporting gaps and future collection capabilities.
Develop operating directives, collection strategies, and posture statements.
Review IIRs, advise edits, and assess reporting metrics.
Resolve complex issues among headquarters, field elements, and partners.
Oversee operational documentation and compliance with policy.
Support leadership with data responsive to inquiries.
Coordinate HUMINT operations enabling other disciplines.
