Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Senior Collection Operations Manager to support the DIA Directorate for Operations. You will oversee sensitive HUMINT operations, manage controlled-operation systems, and ensure accurate documentation and funding records.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, extensive experience, and the ability to work in a high-tempo environment, delivering guidance and quality control while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related labor-category experience, recent if possible.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
• Experience with SharePoint and operational/financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and operational support to the DO Desk Officer and guide branch processes.
• Coordinate Generation 2 GCM System, overseeing accounts and user support.
• Manage division Operational Source data within G2G or successor systems.
• Maintain detailed records of requirements and platform capabilities with feedback.
• Prepare FINPLANs, funding requests, and related SOPs/documents.
• Operate and maintain SharePoint and designated collaboration tools.
• Track completed products for monthly reporting and ensure accuracy.
• Lead quality control and address corrections within timelines.
