Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Mid-Level HUMINT Collection Manager to support DIA Directorate for Operations collection requirements, reporting, strategies, metrics, and coordination. The collection manager will connect field elements, customers, collection platforms, and leadership to ensure HUMINT efforts remain aligned with Defense Intelligence Enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in all-source analytic or HUMINT roles.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Knowledge of HUMINT reporting systems and collection platforms.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment and meet timelines.
• Clear English communication, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to attend training and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Format, review, edit, publish IIRs in line with policy and reporting thresholds.
• Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and reconciliations.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics and assess platform/collector performance.
• Present collection-management trends, issues, reporting highlights, and metrics in reports and briefings.
• Support development and coordination of Operating Directives and posture statements.
• Coordinate with field elements, customers, HQ, and supported platforms on priorities and requirements.
• Assess operational requirements and recommend placement or alignment of resources.
• Coordinate analytic feedback, Source Directed Requirements, FINTEL use, and supplemental evaluation data.
• Support integrated collection and operations strategies and HUMINT tasking.
• Prepare and brief IIRs, posture statements, directives, and related products.
