Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Senior Collection Operations Manager to support the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role provides technical and operational support to DO Desk Officers, administers controlled-operation management systems, and develops financial and operational documentation for sensitive HUMINT activities.

The incumbent will lead operational data management, oversee funding and disbursement requests, and ensure timely, properly formatted deliverables.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
12+ years of experience in HUMINT operations or related mission support.
Experience operating SharePoint.
Ability to work independently in high-tempo environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Generation 2 Global Controlled Operation Management System coordinator or support successor systems.
Act as the division Operational Source Manager and maintain accurate source data within systems.
Maintain detailed records of operational requirements and platform capabilities; provide guidance and support.
Prepare, edit, review, and coordinate FINPLANs, funding and disbursement requests, and related documentation.
Operate and maintain SharePoint and government collaboration capabilities.
Track completed products for monthly reporting and ensure documentation is accurate and properly formatted.
Lead quality control and resolve corrections within timelines.
