Wounded Warrior Project seeks a Mid-Level Giving Associate Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the mid-level giving program, managing a $5,000–$24,999 donor portfolio and driving revenue and retention. The role collaborates across teams, utilizes Salesforce for donor insights, and focuses on upgrading and engaging donors.

Formación

• Seven years of fundraising or sales experience.
• Five years leading donor stewardship or related fundraising initiatives.
• Three years of staff management in a fundraising leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Establish donor qualification criteria and lead moves-management for mid-level donors ($5,000–$24,999).
• Oversee donor segmentation, engagement tracking, and progression strategies.
• Develop strategies to expand the mid-level giving program and frontline fundraising opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure the mid-level team is effective.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and evaluate program ROI.
• Maintain donor relationships through personalized outreach and stewardship.
• Utilize Salesforce to track donor interactions and analyze giving trends.
• Partner with Major Gifts, Direct Response, and Donor Stewardship teams for a seamless donor experience.
• Identify donors ready for cultivation toward Major Giving and manage portfolio transitions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, pledge and gift agreements, and donor intent.
• Communicate program performance and donor insights to leadership.
• Facilitate donor visits and support events to strengthen mid-level engagement.
• Articulate WWP’s mission and programs to donors and funding sources.
