Wounded Warrior Project, Inc is seeking a Mid-Level Giving Associate Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee a portfolio of donors contributing $5,000 to $24,999 annually. You will drive philanthropic revenue, donor engagement, and retention while coordinating with vendors, frontline fundraisers, Marketing & Communications, and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes moves management, segmentation, and development of engaging donor experiences to secure long-term support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of donor lifecycle management and moves management.
• Ability to analyze donor and program performance data.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage donors, teammates, and vendors.
• Experience leading fundraising teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to coordinate with senior leadership for donor engagements.

Responsibilities

• Establish donor qualification criteria and lead moves-management strategies for mid-level donors ($5,000-$24,999 annually).
• Oversee donor segmentation, engagement tracking, and progression strategies in the giving pipeline.
• Develop strategies to expand the mid-level giving program and integrate frontline fundraising.
• Provide leadership and professional development to the mid-level team.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate program ROI.
