Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. is seeking an experienced donor stewardship professional to articulate our mission and programs to potential funding sources, both verbally and in writing.

The role collaborates with leadership to improve stewardship processes and meet strategic fundraising goals, while monitoring revenue across multiple donor levels and preparing detailed reports daily, weekly, and monthly. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in donor stewardship, hands-on Salesforce NPSP

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in donor stewardship.
• Two years of experience with Salesforce NPSP, or similar CRM.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Articulate WWP's history, mission, vision, and programs to funding sources verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with the Donor Stewardship Associate Director to improve stewardship processes and meet fundraising goals.
• Monitor and create revenue reports for multiple giving levels.
• Generate comprehensive revenue management reports daily, weekly, and monthly for various donor types.
